By accessing this page, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, you should not use this website. TravelerBound reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at its discretion.

Basic Terms and Conditions

All services provided by TravelerBound are subject to full payment before departure. If payment is made by check, tickets will only be issued once the check has cleared.

TravelerBound reserves the right to:

Cancel a booking before departure. In such cases, liability is limited to refunding the ticket amount paid by the passenger.

Modify, change, or withhold any service, tour, or offer. TravelerBound is not responsible for any additional costs, losses, or damages incurred by the traveler.

No individual, aside from TravelerBound, is authorized to modify, amend, or waive any terms or conditions stated here or in any official documentation.

Service Modifications

If TravelerBound needs to make modifications to an already booked trip, passengers have the right to:

Proceed with the modified itinerary.

Opt for an alternative trip offered by TravelerBound.

In both cases, TravelerBound holds no liability for additional costs or losses incurred by the traveler.

Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in USD or equivalent foreign currency and are subject to change due to fluctuations in exchange rates and fuel costs. Any applicable surcharges must be paid in full.

Travel Documentation

Passengers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid travel documents such as passports and visas. TravelerBound is not liable for any consequences arising from denied, expired, or revoked travel documents. Visa requirements may also apply for international layovers.

Insurance

Ticket prices do not include insurance. Travelers are responsible for obtaining necessary travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Complaints and Disputes

Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 21 days of trip completion. TravelerBound is not responsible for claims submitted after this period.

If disputes arise, TravelerBound will attempt to resolve them promptly. If unresolved, claims may be pursued through legal channels as specified in the dispute resolution policy.

Prohibited Activities

Minors

Individuals under 18 years of age are not permitted to book, modify, or cancel travel services on TravelerBound.
